Yan Jia Water Control Project is a comprehensive large-scale water control project, which focuses on urban and rural water supply and irrigation, giving consideration to power generation, and creating conditions for regional poverty alleviation and development and improving the ecological environment. It is mainly composed of water source project, Bida water supply project and backbone water delivery project in irrigation area. The dam site is located in the middle reaches of Liuchong River, a first-class tributary of Wujiang River in the Yangtze River Basin, at Panjiayan Corner at the junction of Qixingguan District and Nayong County in Bijie City. According to the feasibility study report after review, the total investment of the project is 65.438+07.258 billion yuan (including the static total investment of 65.438+068./kloc-0.6 billion yuan), the total reservoir capacity is 65.438+0325 billion cubic meters, and the maximum dam height is 65.438+054 meters. The total length of the canal is 829 kilometers, of which 6 main water conveyance canals are 28 1 km, 26 branch canals are 548 kilometers, and the total length of Bida water supply project is 26 kilometers. The water supply area involves 7 towns (districts) such as Bijie Dafang City, Zunyi City Center, qianxi county, Jinsha County, Nayong County, zhijin county and renhuai city, as well as 8 industrial parks, thermal power plants, 69 townships and 365 rural centralized resettlement sites in Qixingguan District. The average annual water supply of the project is 693 million cubic meters, the designed irrigation area is 904,200 mu, and the installed hydropower capacity is 90,000 kilowatts. The total construction period is 66 months (5.5 years).
