Registration for the 2009 General College Entrance Examination in our province will be carried out in advance. In order to effectively complete this year's registration work, the relevant matters are now notified as follows:

1. Registration conditions

(1) Citizens who meet the following conditions and have household registration in our province are eligible to register

1. Abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and law;

2. Graduated from a senior secondary education school or have equivalent academic qualifications;

3. Good health.

(2) The following people are not allowed to apply

1. Students in colleges and universities with higher education qualifications;

2. Non-fresh graduates from senior secondary education schools Graduated students;

3. Those who have been subject to compulsory measures by relevant departments for violating criminal laws or are currently serving sentences.

2. Registration time and location

(1) Registration time: December 1 to 3, 2008. Applications after the deadline will not be processed. Registration for recent high school graduates will start in mid-November depending on specific circumstances.

(2) Registration location: The registration point designated by the admissions office of the county (city, district) where the candidate’s household registration is located (hereinafter referred to as the county admissions office). For fresh high school graduates whose household registration and school registration are inconsistent, candidates in the same city can register in the county (city, district) where their household or school registration is located. Candidates from across cities can only register in the county (city, district) where their household registration is.

3. Registration methods and procedures

(1) Submit relevant documents and certification materials for verification

6. Candidates who have been admitted to ordinary colleges and universities in 2008 but have not registered must submit the 2008 admission notice and the "Admitted Candidate Information Confirmation Form", otherwise the registration procedures will not be processed.

(2) Registration of special candidates

Special candidates who meet the care conditions must bring the originals and copies of relevant certificates, certificates and other materials to the registration point when registering. Go through the verification and registration procedures, and fill out the "Shandong Province 2009 General College Entrance Examination Special Candidate Registration Form" (see attachment 1). After being reviewed and stamped by the middle school and county-level authorities, submit it to the county admissions office together with the certificate and a copy of the certificate. For the 2009 Nursing Admission Project, registration will be temporarily implemented in accordance with the "Shandong Province 2008 General College Entrance Examination Nursing Admission Policy" (see Appendix 2); actual admission will be implemented in accordance with the 2009 relevant College Entrance Examination Nursing Admission Policy determined by our province.

(3) Select the subjects to apply for and the language of the foreign language examination

The subjects candidates apply for are divided into five categories: literature and history, art and literature, physical education, science and engineering, and art and science. Candidates can choose to apply for one of the categories according to their own circumstances. The test subjects for candidates applying for art and literature are the same as those for literature and history. The examination subjects for candidates applying for physical education or art and science are the same as those for science and engineering. Candidates who apply for arts and literature, arts and science, general physical education, and high-level (excellent) athletes, after obtaining the corresponding qualifications, must also go to the registration point to confirm the subject category with their professional qualification certificate before April 25. IV. Relevant work requirements

(1) Carefully prepare for registration

Before registration, each county recruitment office must do the following work in advance:< /p>

(2) Strictly review the registration qualifications

The county admissions office is responsible for the qualification review of registered candidates. It is necessary to intensify the review of the student status of recent graduates to prevent non-graduating senior secondary education students and college students from applying for the exam as social workers, especially to prevent students in the first and second grades of high school from applying. The qualification review work must be in accordance with the requirements of the document "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security on Effectively Reviewing the Qualifications of Candidates for the National Unified Examination for General College Admissions" (Teaching Office [2005] No. 13), and strengthen the review of candidates' household registration. , Candidates who are not registered in our province are not allowed to register for the college entrance examination in our province. (3) Strengthen the review and publicity of special candidates

The registration of special candidates is related to the vital interests of the candidates. All cities must strictly review the qualifications of special candidates and strictly prohibit fraud.

1. Review and summary methods. The County Admissions Office will conduct a preliminary review of the materials of candidates who meet the conditions for care. The special candidate registration forms and relevant certificates and certificate copies that pass the preliminary review will be submitted to the Municipal Admissions Office for re-examination. 3. All cities should strengthen the verification of materials submitted for special candidates. The registration form for special candidates is in WORD file format, and the summary table is in EXCEL file format and must not be changed. It is necessary to do a good job in classifying the registration form and summary form for special candidates. (4) Timely report the registration status and relevant data

After the registration work is completed, the city and county recruitment office should do a good job in statistical reporting of the registration status.

1. Submit the "Shandong Province 2009 General College Entrance Examination Registration Statistics Table" (see Appendix 5) to the General Admissions Office of the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Agency within the prescribed time.

2. After the candidates’ photos and information database are compiled by each city’s admissions office, they will be reported to the Information Management Office of the Provincial Education Admissions and Examination Institute within the specified time (see Appendix 6).
