According to reports, there are four main aspects of the illegal and illegal phenomenon of commercial residential projects under construction and for sale in Hainan. First, buyers evade the purchase restriction policy to defraud the purchase qualification. The developer did not place clearly marked prices, price lists or price manuals, and price filing documents of development and reform departments. In view of the disguised price increase behavior of bundled sales, if the development enterprise sells commercial housing at a price higher than the filing price, or entrusts decoration, purchases parking spaces and joins members as preconditions for purchasing a house, the housing construction (housing management) department will suspend the project sales and sign the purchase contract online for filing; Tax authorities shall recover taxes according to law and punish tax evasion; When the development and reform department handles the filing of the sales price of commercial housing, it requires the development enterprises to provide a commitment to sell in strict accordance with the filing price, and shall not bundle decoration, parking spaces and members to raise prices in disguise.
