All applicants must provide the following materials during the interview:

3. Original visa application fee receipt You can pay a visa application fee of 938 RMB at any branch of CITIC Industrial Bank in China (this amount will change from time to time, please check it. )。 Please note that once the application fee is paid, even if the applicant is refused or abandoned, it cannot be refunded. Applicants must present two original application fee receipts when submitting visa applications. Only visa applicants who meet the guarantee requirements of A- 1, A-2, G- 1, G-2, G-3, G-4, C-3, NATO and the United States can be exempted from paying the application fee.
4. Complete DS- 160 non-immigrant visa application form (all non-immigrant visa applicants must fill in).
Application proposal materials:

Resume: Describe your past academic and work experience in detail, including a list of published articles.
Description of application conditions:
1. There must be a company in China, and the company must operate normally. Generally, the registration time is not less than two years, and there is no industry restriction;
2. The applicant has worked in China Company for more than one year and must be an employee of the management of the company (no personal income tax is submitted);
3. Register a branch in the United States in the name of China Company, and send employees to the branch to manage the business.
L 1 The visa is valid for seven years, and you can apply for a green card after one year.
