All applicants must provide the following materials during the interview:

1. Valid passport: If your passport will expire or be damaged within six months of your expected arrival in the United States, or there is no blank visa issuance page on your passport, please apply for a new passport before coming for an interview.

3. Applicants must present two original application fee receipts when submitting visa applications. Only visa applicants who meet the guarantee requirements of A- 1, A-2, G- 1, G-2, G-3, G-4, C-3, NATO and the United States can be exempted from paying the application fee.

4. Complete DS- 160 non-immigrant visa application form (all non-immigrant visa applicants must fill in).
