How many countries hold Palau passports and can be exempted from visas?

Many people only know that Palau citizens can freely enter and leave the United States, but they don't know that Palau's laws also stipulate that under no circumstances will the state accept people of non-Palau descent as Palau citizens. In other words, it is impossible for non-Palau foreigners to have Palau passports. Therefore, it is impossible for foreigners to regard Palau as a "springboard" for free entry into the United States.
