I. Basic information

Through the implementation of "four technologies", "five supporting projects" and "38 1" excellent fruit project, the level of apple industry has been continuously improved. Fruit and vegetable industry has become a pillar industry for the rapid growth of farmers' income in our county. Second, the existing problems and root causes

Compared with the party's fine tradition and style of work, I still have a certain gap with the requirements of the organization and the expectations of the masses in many aspects, which still needs to be further improved.

1. Going deep into the grassroots to solve the difficulties of the masses needs to be further strengthened. As a service-oriented political party, leading cadres in party member occupy a large part of their daily work, such as thinking, planning, decision-making, competing for projects and coordination. They have less time to go deep into the grass roots, the masses, understand the situation, solicit opinions and solve problems. Especially since this year, with the start of the comprehensive utilization project of kerosene and gas in Yan 'an and the construction of mines in Dangjiahe coal mine area, some deep-seated problems have gradually emerged. In order to solve problems, promote industrial development and project construction, it is necessary to go out to coordinate frequently, and there is relatively little time to go deep into the masses. Usually, although I try my best to spare some energy and time to go deep into towns, villages and communities for investigation, I usually listen to the reports of the leaders in charge and the main leaders of the unit and make decisions according to the situation. People's petition work is not meticulous and untrue. Most of them just simply understand the situation and then grant it to the deputy or department. They deal directly with letters and visits, and supervise less questions. After studying the advanced deeds of Comrade Yang Shanzhou, I deeply realized that I have not done enough to carry forward the Party's fine style of keeping close contact with the masses, and I have not taken more time to go deep into the front line, listen to the voices of cadres and the masses at the grass-roots level, understand their sufferings and solve their practical difficulties.

2. Failure to maintain a completely peaceful attitude towards individuals. There is no such thing as running from official to official, buying and selling officials, trusting organizations, and relying on organizations to treat individuals correctly. In all fairness, I always feel that working in Fuxian for several years has led the cadres and masses of the county out of the difficult climbing stage of economic development and ushered in a good development momentum. The county's development potential has been significantly enhanced, and various indicators have doubled. I should arrange a suitable position for myself in the organization, and I haven't reached a completely normal and calm attitude towards individuals.

3, in the implementation of the responsibility system for building a clean and honest government needs to be further strengthened. According to the requirement of "one post and two responsibilities" in building a clean and honest government, although I often emphasize breaking down tasks and implementing responsibilities as required, in actual work, I pay more attention to the work of building a clean and honest government, with fewer specific arrangements and more requirements, and the inspection and implementation are not in-depth, and the implementation of the responsibility for building a clean and honest government is not in place. The county party committee has specially promulgated the responsibility system for building a clean and honest government, but it is not strong enough in specific implementation, especially in the accountability. The leaders in charge at the county level have never explained to the Standing Committee because of their mistakes in charge of their work. Some systems for building a clean and honest government are not implemented resolutely enough, and some units and leading cadres still have problems such as excessive reception, extravagance and waste, and mutual comparison. In investigating and handling cases of violation of discipline, from the perspective of caring for cadres, there is a phenomenon of lenient treatment for those who violate discipline. In terms of honesty and self-discipline, we always maintain the integrity of our duties, strictly implement the reporting system of major personal matters, and be self-restrained and diligent and honest. However, there is still a gap in some aspects when analyzing one's own thoughts against the fine traditions of the Party. For example, sometimes we are not determined enough to eat or invite people to eat.

In view of the above problems, I have made in-depth and meticulous thinking, and realized that these problems appear to come from work, but they are rooted in thoughts, mainly in three aspects. First, the sense of purpose is not firmly established. I feel that as the secretary of the county party Committee, I need to devote more energy to grasping major events and doing practical things. I am particularly aware that in order to maintain rapid economic and social development in Fuxian County, major projects and industrial economy must be supported, and I need to make great efforts to grasp projects and engage in construction. As a result, I relaxed my study ideologically and didn't have a deep understanding of the party's mass line and the fine tradition of close contact with the masses. Without a real understanding of its essence, it is impossible to do practical things for the masses and seek benefits for the masses wholeheartedly. Second, the standards for ideological transformation and party spirit training are not high enough. In recent years, I have been the main person in charge of the county party and government. Although I often reflect on myself, I hear more praise and less criticism. I have unconsciously relaxed my ideological transformation and failed to strictly demand myself according to high standards. My party spirit needs to be strengthened. Third, the tradition of hard work has weakened. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the living standard has been greatly improved, the style of self-reliance and hard struggle has not been carried forward well enough, the self-demand is not strict, and the education and management of cadres have been relaxed.

Third, the rectification measures

1. Strengthen the sense of purpose and firmly establish the concept of governing for the people. Adhere to governing for the people, strengthen close ties with the masses, go deep into the grassroots, listen to the voices of the masses, understand their sufferings, truly understand their thoughts, thoughts and expectations, focus on the grassroots and rural areas, and effectively solve the difficulties and problems reflected by the masses. 2. Improve party spirit and treat individuals correctly.
