Dahan Holding Group has established a nationwide marketing network with an annual sales of 2 million tons of steel. At the same time, landmark buildings have been built in cities, counties and towns in Hunan Province 12, which has intensively imported urban comprehensive commercial elements for these places and greatly promoted urban infrastructure construction, commercial construction and community construction.

In June 2007, the expert group of the Central Party School summarized the development model of "one road, one city and one park" in Dahan as "Dahan model". Facing the new development, Dahan Urban Construction put forward the "Hundred Cities Strategy" in the field of county development, that is, "Dahan model will be practiced in 100 small and medium-sized towns nationwide, benefiting 65,438+1100 million people". On August 28th, 2009, at the "Hunan County Economic Development Forum" held by Hunan Provincial People's Congress and Hunan Provincial Government, Fu Shenglong, Chairman of Dahan Group, gave a speech entitled "Strive to be the Leader of China's Urban Construction", which was fully affirmed by the leaders attending the meeting and experts and scholars from all over the country in Beijing.

Dahan has successively developed Loudi Louxing North Road, Loudi 900 million Commercial Pedestrian Street, Zhuzhou Zhichao Fashion Plaza, Shuangfeng 320 National Road Ring Project and Xincheng Development Zone, Shuangfeng Meishuiwan Julong Home, Xupu Quyuan Avenue and Pedestrian Street, Ningyuan 900 million Commercial Plaza, Shaoyang Baoqing Automobile Supermarket, Zhuzhou Di Chin International Clothing Plaza, Gaochongshan Small Town Construction, Xupu Dahan Commercial Plaza and other projects, and achieved remarkable results. Jishou Jinxiu Gancheng Project, Shaodong 900 million Commercial Plaza, Loudi Dahan Julong Home, Lian Gang Resettlement Base, Shaoyang Taimei Plaza, Shaoyang Second-hand Car Market, Taojiang County FBT Construction and other projects are also under construction, and Shaoyang Liu Ling Park Project, Shuangfeng Guofan Trade City and Changsha Academy of Agricultural Sciences Project are under planning. Xiaoxiang Vocational College under the jurisdiction of the Group, with a school scale of more than 6,000 students, is one of the first two private colleges in Hunan Province that passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Education.
