Principles and standards of compensation and resettlement for rural housing demolition
Methods to determine the boundaries of property rights and compensation and resettlement:
1. Any house demolition approved by the government or with land use right certificate and house ownership certificate will be compensated and resettled.
2. Any house built before the end of 1978, but with clear ownership, shall be regarded as historical property rights and compensated and resettled according to the actual construction area in the legal property rights.
3. Where the house built on 1979 1 month 1 day to 19861February 3 1 day has not obtained the ownership certificate, it shall be subject to the Land Examination and Approval Procedures or the Land Use Certificate.
4. Where the house built from 1987 1 month 1 day to1March 3, 9901day has not obtained the ownership certificate, it shall be submitted to the local township (town) government with the Land Examination and Approval Procedures or the Land Use Right Certificate. Failing to go through the above procedures, and it is indeed difficult to demolish houses, the local township (town) people's government shall solve them as appropriate.
5. Houses built after 1 April 19901day have not obtained the ownership certificate, but have been given compensation and resettlement. There are Land Approval Procedures or Land Use Right Certificate, Construction Project Planning Permit or Village Construction Permit (the specific time depends on the local township (town) to implement "one book and two certificates" or "one" In addition, buildings without formalities will be regarded as illegal and will be demolished within a time limit without compensation and resettlement.
6. Demolition of temporary buildings that have not exceeded the approved period shall be compensated according to 30 yuan/m2 to 50 yuan/m2, but not included in the resettlement scope; Temporary buildings built beyond the approved time limit or without approval shall be demolished free of charge within the prescribed time limit.
7. The land and housing area in the above 1-6 shall be subject to the contents recorded in relevant documents. If the actual land and housing area is inconsistent with the construction area specified in relevant documents, the parties involved in the demolition shall apply, and the county land and resources and housing demolition management department shall make a ruling after investigation and verification.
Nine, buildings and structures demolition compensation standard

Ten, the demolition units and individuals, are to solve the temporary housing turnover, moving subsidies, temporary resettlement subsidies issued according to the following standards.
