Hong Kong Immigration Plan-Immigration Conditions? Applicants must meet the following conditions before they are eligible to apply for entry to Hong Kong under the Scheme:

1. According to the plan, the applicant has reached the age of 18.

2. There is no bad record in Hong Kong and the place of residence.

3. The principal applicant must have a net asset of not less than HK$ 6,543,800,000 in the first two years of application.

4. Applicants for China citizenship must obtain a foreign permanent resident ID card/passport or a certificate that can prove the permanent resident status of the country.

5. Invest not less than HK$ 6,543,800,000 in investment projects permitted by the Hong Kong Government within six months before submitting the application to the Hong Kong Immigration Department or within six months after the application is approved in principle by the Immigration Department.

6. Be able to prove their ability to support their lives and provide shelter for their dependents without relying on the income from investing assets in Hong Kong, working income and public assistance. ?
