Did anyone go directly to college through IELTS?

Passing IELTS does not necessarily mean that you can go directly to college. But IELTS is definitely a necessary prerequisite.

I don't know much about Ireland. It should be at least 20W in a few years. Tuition fees will not be particularly high, at least much cheaper than in Britain.

However, first you need to be clear about the goals of a university.

(1) Trinity College Dublin, the oldest and most famous university in Ireland.
