To undertake the review of the outline of resettlement planning for water conservancy and hydropower projects in the city and the audit and reporting of resettlement planning; Review the implementation plan of the poverty alleviation ecological resettlement project, formulate and issue the decomposition plan, and take the lead in organizing the implementation of the poverty alleviation ecological resettlement project; Responsible for ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation project planning, responsible for cooperating with the development and reform department to report and issue the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation project fund plan; Sign the resettlement agreement with the project legal person and the government of the resettlement place, and be responsible for the supervision and management of audit, declaration, acceptance and project implementation in accordance with the relevant provisions on resettlement and special classification management.
