InBev Shuanglu Beer Group originated from Wenzhou Brewery in 1972. At that time, the annual output was only 1033 tons, which created the history of brewing beer in Wenzhou. During the period of 1995, Wenzhou Beer was jointly invested by China Jinkeda Group and Malaysian Golden Lion Group, and was renamed Golden Lion Beer Group. After the joint venture, the technical transformation was carried out quickly. By 2003, the production capacity had increased from "30,000 tons" to "420,000 tons", achieving a leap from small to large.

InBev Shuanglu Beer Group takes InBev Shuanglu Beer Group Co., Ltd. as the core layer, and its members include Zhejiang InBev Yandangshan Beer Co., Ltd., Pingyang InBev Shuanglu Beer Co., Ltd., Jinhua InBev Shuanglu Beer Co., Ltd., Wenzhou InBev Shuanglu Beer Technology Center Co., Ltd. and other enterprises and scientific research institutions. Its headquarters is located in Wenzhou. InBev Shuanglu Beer Group's beer brands such as "Shuanglu" and "Yandangshan" achieved beer production and sales of 550,000 tons in 2007, with sales income of 65.438+300 million yuan and profits and taxes of 320 million yuan. In April 2005, the Group was officially awarded "Top Ten Enterprises in China Beer Industry" by China Beer Industry Association. On September 1 day, 2005, the leading product of the Group, Shuanglu Beer, was awarded the honorary title of "China Famous Brand" by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (the only beer brand in China in Zhejiang Province).

Over the past few years, under the leadership of Chairman Shi Meibin and General Manager Chen Weimin, the development strategy of "12345" for 2006-20/0 was put forward: the production and sales capacity reached or exceeded one million kiloliters, with sales income of 2 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 600 million yuan; Strive to create two national business cards: National Enterprise Technology Center and China Famous Trademark; Implement the strategy of "300 Talents Project"; Consolidate and develop the four leading markets of high-end products in southern Zhejiang, central Zhejiang, western Zhejiang-Jiangxi and northern Zhejiang; Strive to enter the top five in China beer industry. Therefore, in 2007, the Group will build a modern factory with an annual output of 500,000 tons of beer in Wenzhou Binhai Development Zone.
