Those who are going to apply for the exam should prepare relevant materials in advance, participate in the registration at the specified time, and understand the relevant requirements for college enrollment this year:

I. Registration conditions

(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(2) Graduated from a senior secondary education school or equivalent;

(3) Being in good health;

(4) Applicants should also meet the conditions listed in the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Qualification Examination of Applicants for the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in Chongqing (Chongqing Zhaokao [2011] No.22).

According to the Measures for the Implementation of Residence Permit in Chongqing (Government Decree No.306) and the Notice of Chongqing Education Examinations Institute on Doing a Good Job for the Children of Migrant Workers to Participate in the General College Entrance Examination in Chongqing (Yu Jiao Kao Fa [2065438+02] No.235), the children of migrant workers who are not registered in Chongqing must register for the General College Entrance Examination, and the candidates and their parents must hold the residence permit or the College Entrance Examination Certificate issued by Chongqing Public Security Bureau.

(5) According to the Notice of the Municipal Education Commission on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Counterpart Enrollment of Secondary Vocational School Graduates in Chongqing Colleges and Universities in 20 17 (Yu Jiao Zhao Fa [2065438+06] No.22), graduates with three-year full secondary vocational school status (including formal examination admission, flexible academic system and credit system recognized by the Municipal Education Commission) or equivalent academic ability can apply for higher vocational education. At the time of registration, candidates should choose to apply for the same or similar majors in our school, but they must have the corresponding professional qualification certificate or the corresponding professional operation skills internship certificate and post work certificate (except for art). The nursing, pharmacy and education majors in the comprehensive professional examination are limited to secondary vocational schools approved by the Municipal Education Commission with the qualifications of holding national control majors such as medicine, health and education, and other candidates are not allowed to enter the examination. In addition, from 20 18, ordinary high school graduates are not allowed to apply for counterpart enrollment in higher vocational colleges.

(six) candidates who apply for the corresponding higher vocational education (except art) must have the corresponding vocational qualification certificate or the corresponding vocational operation skills internship certificate (post work certificate).

Two, the following people can not enter oneself for an examination

College students with higher education qualifications;

(two) students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools (except secondary vocational school graduates who are recognized by the Municipal Education Commission as schools with flexible academic system and credit system);

(three) candidates who took the national education entrance examination in the previous year and were punished by "no application in the next year";

(4) fresh graduates who have enrolled by deception and illegally participated in the entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in the non-graduation year of senior secondary education (including the national unified examination, the provincial unified examination and the entrance examination organized by colleges and universities separately, hereinafter referred to as the entrance examination for colleges and universities);

(five) because of the violation of the criminal law by the relevant departments to take compulsory measures or is serving a sentence;

(six) students from outside the city who are officially approved to attend one-year and two-year secondary vocational schools at the starting point of high schools in our city;

(seven) ordinary high school graduates can not apply for the corresponding higher vocational art. ..

Third, registration matters

(1) Registration place

1. Students register at the registration point set by the entrance examination institution in the county (autonomous county) where the school is located, and other candidates register at the registration point set by the entrance examination institution in the county (autonomous county) where the household registration is located.

2. Candidates who apply for non-English languages in general arts and sciences register in designated districts and counties. Japanese candidates can register in Nan 'an District and Fuling District, Russian candidates can register in Nan 'an District and Wanzhou District, French candidates can register in Nan 'an District, German candidates can register in Jiulongpo District, Yubei District, Wanzhou District and Tongliang District, and Spanish candidates can register in Jiulongpo District.

(2) Documents required for registration

Second-generation resident ID card, residence booklet, diploma or degree certificate must be submitted when registering. Ordinary high school graduates transferred from outside the city also need to provide the academic performance and quality evaluation report of the graduation school.

(3) Registration process

1. The district/county (autonomous county) admissions examination institutions shall examine the qualifications of the applicants.

2. Collect ID card information for candidates who meet the registration requirements.

3. Generate an online registration password for the candidate.

4. Candidates log on to the portal website of the Municipal Education Examinations Institute () or Chongqing Recruitment Information Network (), and fill in the basic information accurately according to the requirements in the "Chongqing College Enrollment Online Registration Information Collection System" with their ID number and online newspaper password.

5. Candidates pay the registration examination fee.

6. Generate the registration examinee number, print the registration information proofreading card, and submit it to the examinee for checking and signing.

7. Candidates take electronic photos with their ID cards and registration information. Art candidates must also collect fingerprint information (photos and fingerprints of art candidates must be collected before February 3, 2065438+2006+65438).

8. Conduct political, ideological and moral assessments of candidates and establish candidates' registration files.

9. Organize candidates for physical examination.

10. Candidates who meet the care conditions apply for admission and care characteristics.

Fourth, matters needing attention

(1) Art candidates choose art professional test sites while registering online. In addition, for candidates who only take the school entrance examination for art majors and do not take the city-wide entrance examination for art majors, "Chongqing unified examination does not involve art" is added.

(b) Higher vocational counterpart education has added skill elective subjects (art or music).

(3) When registering online, declare the national special (14 contiguous poverty-stricken areas and counties) and the characteristics of poor high school graduates simultaneously, and the district/county (autonomous county) recruitment agency will prepare a special declaration form according to the candidates' declaration. Candidates who meet other care characteristics can receive the corresponding declaration form at the registration point and declare according to the regulations. From 20 17, the only child in rural areas and the care of immigrants in the Three Gorges reservoir area will be cancelled, and candidates will no longer declare the above two items. Whether the characteristics declared by candidates meet the requirements shall be subject to the list audited by the competent department.

(4) In order to better serve disabled candidates, the disability certificate number of disabled candidates should be entered into the feature collection system, and disabled candidates who have not yet applied for disability certificates should do so in time.

(5) Candidates applying for physical education should pay attention to the implementation of the revised new standards for physical education professional examinations from 20 17 (which can be downloaded from the "download area" of the portal website of Chongqing Education Examinations Institute).

(6) The cultural unified examination fee for the candidates who apply for sports single-recruit is paid when the State Sports General Administration registers online, and only the registration fee and medical examination fee are paid when the college entrance examination is registered.
