Looking back and thinking about it carefully, I realized that Mandarin has the same pronunciation as "俞" and Chaoshan has the same pronunciation as "无". Each has its own reasons.

It would be a shame if I stopped here. Fortunately, I have another question: Why are there two pronunciations of yik and mok next to "殳"? Is it a polyphonic word? Epidemic and Servant have the same pronunciation; Epidemic and Yi have different pronunciations, they are not the same voice at all. Therefore, when Chaoshan people pronounce the word "epidemic" as mok, they are actually wrong! I thought I discovered a shocking secret. I looked it up in the Teochew dictionary: the sound is ek, the common word is mok! Oh, actually the dictionary knows it, but there is nothing we can do. Since everyone mistakenly pronounces it as mok, we can only add the sound of mok and mark it as a common pronunciation. As Chaoshan dialect declines in the future, probably no one will go there anymore. Although the correct pronunciation in the Teochew dictionary is ek, "yingjiche" is also pronounced as iah. I prefer the pronunciation of iah.
