Submit the original "Shanghai Residence Permit" and "Notice of Handling Shanghai Residence Permit" (copy) for effective talent introduction, and submit a copy.

Spouses and children under the age of 16 must submit their valid Shanghai residence permit, the notice for handling Shanghai residence permit (copy), and the original documents of kinship (such as birth certificate and marriage certificate), and submit copies.

Spouses and children under the age of 16 who do not hold the Residence Permit for Talents Introduction in Shanghai must submit a valid copy of the Notice on Handling Residence Permit in Shanghai for Clients, the applicant's valid residence permit in Shanghai or temporary residence permit in Shanghai, and the original proof of kinship (such as birth certificate and marriage certificate), and submit a copy.

People from other provinces and cities and their spouses and children under the age of 16 who originally held Shanghai residence permit (talent introduction) now hold a new version of Shanghai residence permit and points notice, and have been employed in Shanghai in the last year and paid social insurance continuously and normally, please refer to Article 1 of the working conditions:

Submit the original and photocopy of my valid Shanghai residence permit and its integral notice, the original or photocopy of my valid Shanghai residence permit (talent introduction) or the notice of handling Shanghai residence permit (photocopy), the original and photocopy of the applicant's valid Shanghai residence permit or Shanghai temporary residence permit, and the proof of kinship (such as birth certificate and marriage certificate).

(2) Materials required by employees who have been employed in Shanghai and have paid social insurance continuously and normally in the last year, their spouses who have lived in this city for more than 6 months (inclusive) and their children under the age of 16.
