According to the official website Zhejiang Daily, on February 23, 2022, heavy snow fell all over Ninghai, and the forest, the roadside of Panshan Mountain and the roof of Hongyang Village in Huangtan Town were covered with snow. Some local villagers went out to enjoy the snow scene. It is reported that Ninghai towns (streets), transportation, public security, electric power and other departments have taken action to actively deal with rain and snow.
