No. Sars occurred in 2002 and ended in 2003.

SARS refers to severe acute respiratory syndrome, which occurred in Guangdong, China in 2002 and spread to Southeast Asia and even the whole world. It was not until mid-2003 that the epidemic was gradually eliminated. As of August 16, 2003, 5327 cases of SARS were reported in China, 4959 cases were cured and 349 cases died.

The earliest SARS case was found in early 2002 1 1. At the beginning of June, 2002, the earliest SARS was found in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. Because of the symptoms of pneumonia, the patient was classified as atypical pneumonia at that time, and the China media generally called it "SARS".
