1. Bring the valid identity documents of both parents (ID card, household register, passport)

2. Bring the marriage certificate (I don’t know where to get it? It should be in China Go!)

3. Bring the birth certificate and the birth certificate of the child

4. Go to the counter or department of the police station where the father is registered (if your local police station cannot handle it) , they will tell you where to go)
