Location of Baokang Water Diversion Project Supplementing Hanjiang River

Chengguan Town, Baokang County, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. Xiangyang Hanjiang River Water Diversion Project starts from Dianya Town, Baokang County and ends at Lengji Town, Gucheng County. The total length is about 12 1. 1 km, and there are 18 operating points in Xiangyang, including 9 in Baokang County and 9 in Gucheng County. The Han River Diversion Project is a national key project, a large-scale water conveyance project from the Yangtze River to the Han River, and the first start-up project to promote the follow-up project of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. This project passes through Yiling District, Yuan 'an County, Baokang County and Gucheng County, and is the largest comprehensive diversion tunnel planned in China. Water is transported by tunnel, with a length of about195km.
