Which line city does Yingkou in Liaoning belong to?

It is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, located in the center of Liaodong Peninsula, on the east bank of Bohai Sea and at the mouth of Daliao River. It is the first port opened to the outside world in the modern history of Northeast China.
