Can the medical examination of American immigrant visa pass hepatitis B?

It won't affect. Because hepatitis B does not fall within the scope of nine serious infectious diseases stipulated by the Immigration Bureau.

The HHS Ordinance defines "infectious diseases of public health significance", covering the physical examination required by immigrants, including the following nine infectious diseases:

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)

tuberculosis

corruption

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV/AIDS)

Syphilis (infectious state)

Chancre (venereal disease, similar to syphilis and herpes)

gonorrhoea

Groin granuloma (STD, blood donation)

Lymphgranuloma (sexually transmitted diseases, chlamydia)

Immigrant visa, even if you have the above nine infectious diseases, you can apply for exemption. So it should be no problem.
