You just immigrated to Hong Kong, which means you just got temporary id card in Hong Kong. It will take seven years to get an official ID card. During these seven years, you have to meet the requirements of the Hong Kong immigration director before you can get a Hong Kong passport. Your native place has nothing to do with your hukou, but you still belong to Fuzhou, Fujian.
