Absolutely. I have heard of several successful applicants. There is no difference in principle between applying by yourself and applying through an intermediary, but you should worry more about yourself.

There are so many intermediary companies, just find a bunch of them yourself. After consulting several times, you will basically know all the processes, and then do it yourself:)
