How to apply for notarization of declaration

The notarization procedure of the statement is as follows:

In foreign-related civil activities, when an applicant makes a statement to claim rights, give up rights or assume obligations, it is generally required to notarize the statement. To apply for notarization, the following documents shall be submitted:

1, the applicant's ID card, household registration book or other identification.

2. A statement drafted by the declarant.
