Who has the excellent assets of China?

There should be three kinds of people holding China's excellent assets:

The first type: fake China people (people who make money in China but have emigrated). A large number of private entrepreneurs and actors in China, especially the wives and children of many state-owned enterprise bosses, have emigrated.

The second type: real foreigners (foreigners who invest and set up industries in China). Most well-known enterprises in China's open industries are controlled by foreign capital.

The third type: real China people, including party and government leaders who really want to build socialism in China and some conscientious private and state-owned entrepreneurs.

I'm not sure about the proportion of these three people, but the first two should account for an amazing proportion.
