There are two main ways to immigrate to the United States: EB (employment-oriented professional immigrant).

Class f (parent class based on family),

Class F is an American green card obtained through the invitation of relatives, while class EB is a way to immigrate to the United States by working in the United States. Considering the economic interests of the country, the permitted modes of migration are limited, and EB is divided into five categories: EB 1-EB5, which are aimed at different groups:

EB- 1: people with special abilities; An outstanding professor or researcher; Executive directors and managers of multinational companies;

EB-2: Professionals with advanced degrees; A person with outstanding talent;

EB-3: The third priority category is divided into three categories according to the conditions of beneficiaries:

Full-time employees: have a bachelor's degree in the United States or equivalent education abroad that meets the requirements of this position, and their academic qualifications and work experience cannot replace the requirements of this academic qualification;

Technician: more than 2 years working experience, with corresponding tax payment certificate and certain English ability;

Unskilled workers (EW-3): Not limited to education, experience, gender and English ability. (20-50 years old can apply, one person can apply, and the whole family can get a green card);

EB-4: Special immigrants, including retired employees of religious and international organizations, their spouses and unmarried children;

EB-5: Invest 10000 yuan or 10000 yuan, and hire local people 10 or more.
