How to apply for a non-immigrant B visa in Thailand?
Application process for non-immigrant visa B:
Step 1: Apply for a non-immigrant B visa at the Thai Embassy or Consulate. A single-entry visa allows the applicant to stay in Thailand for 90 days after entering Thailand. Generally speaking, it only takes a few days to apply for a visa. In some cases, the change of visa time depends on the local embassy/consulate.
Step 2: During the 90-day stay, the visa applicant needs to apply for a work permit from the labor department or the foreign staff office at the one-stop government service center.
Foreigners also need to apply for a non-immigrant B visa extension in June 5438+February at the one-stop government service center or the Immigration Bureau located in the regular government center.
If the applicant brings family members (spouse, parents and unmarried children under the age of 20), family members have the right to apply for a non-immigrant O visa.
