Dealing with the risks of high-tech immigrants in the Netherlands

First, the risk of choosing a method. All fake jobs need vigilance. Holland is a society with a very strict legal system. There are only 7056 companies with guarantee qualification. Every year, 6.5438+0.5 million people apply for KM and get approval. On average, a company with guarantee qualification guarantees two people. Therefore, employers offering fake jobs must ensure that there is more than one applicant. Once one of the applicants is found to have a problem, all the applicants who rely on this employer.

In the critical period of renewal or permanent residence of applicants, most employers who work in fake jobs will choose to open their mouths, such as increasing the proportion of wage deduction. After all, we must firmly grasp the opportunity of income generation. It is said that the overall cost is 2 million, and many people spent more than 5 million to move to their permanent residence.

Whether the employer of the fake job is qualified and whether the qualification can withstand the examination of the immigration bureau. At the end of last year, the Immigration Bureau examined 24 companies with qualification guarantee. Among them, 1/3 companies failed the audit, 8 companies were disqualified, and the applicants who were also sponsored by these 8 companies were cancelled their visas and corresponding identities. Therefore, just because you have the guarantee qualification when you apply now does not mean that you will be qualified in the next five years. After all, the company's guarantee qualification 1/3 can't stand the annual review of the immigration bureau, and the risk of not getting your identity is continuous.

Second, a reliable employer is the key to success.

1, the second way also has the form of fake Jobs. Some people argue that the company is still yours, but you don't have to go to work, just pay your own salary, and someone will help you manage it. Always remember that the Netherlands is a society with a very strict legal system, and whether there is a real business can be found out from the life track left by the applicant. Moreover, after a detailed special investigation by the Immigration Bureau, the probability of passing the fake business is almost zero.

2. The demand for government resources or cooperation with local companies means high immigration costs. It is impossible for only one applicant to use these resources, and many applicants may use them at the same time. Immigration naturally doubts the authenticity and necessity. If you are using this resource for the first time, you should worry that there will not be too many subsequent users, and you must ensure the authenticity, otherwise your application will be affected. If you are already using bad resources, you can only ask for more happiness.

3. In order to deepen the authenticity of citing local resources, some people will require that the directors of the Dutch subsidiary are local, and the start-up funds will be transferred to the subsidiary account first when registering the company, so such applications should be more careful. First of all, this local may be a director of several companies, and it is inevitable that one of them has problems or the director himself violates discipline, which affects the application and faces company compensation or fines; Secondly, Dutch directors have great power, so they need to seek the consent of this director when facing the company's decision. Whether there will be malicious extortion in the later stage is also one of the risks; Finally, if the application is unsuccessful, you have to withdraw the company's start-up funds. Although the money is in the company account, it is common to need the cooperation of directors, and it is also common to sit on the ground and ask for high commissions.

If someone tells you that you don't have to rely on any government resources or local company support, but only rely on the domestic parent company to set up a subsidiary in the Netherlands to apply for high-tech immigration, then the success rate of such a plan to apply for high-tech immigration is very small.

Chapter II Reasons for Applying for Dutch High-tech Immigrants

For Dutch immigrants, there is a great difference between high technology and part-time employment, which is mainly reflected in their integration into the environment. Living overseas, it is inevitable to get in touch with overseas people. If you can't get into the circle, life will be lonely, so it's very important.

For low-level immigrants, due to cultural barriers and the limitations of job hunting, they often plunge into national social organizations in the Netherlands and never get out again. Their social environment is native, and so is their working environment. This makes them have no motivation to communicate with Dutch native culture. Learning a little Dutch and going shopping are often enough.

Because of their living and working environment, their children are strongly influenced by their own culture. This makes even the second generation of immigrants still unable to integrate into the local culture. Living too much in their own social groups gives them the impression of racial discrimination that they are excluded from mainstream society.

For Dutch high-tech immigrants, the situation is completely different. High-tech immigrants, at least from China, many of whom are businessmen in China, belong to the upper class and are born with the open personality of businessmen. They like to make friends with different people, and they are also going to make friends with Dutch natives. The purpose of these immigrants to the Netherlands is to find business opportunities, which can't be found in their own social circle, so they must contact the Dutch locals. This powerful motivation is not available to low-level immigrants.

These people are familiar with all kinds of people in China. Even if they encounter unhappiness in the Netherlands, it will not be easily attributed to racial discrimination and will not dampen their motivation to contact Dutch society. In particular, such open families will encourage their children to integrate into Dutch society. Therefore, it can be predicted that cultural conflicts will basically disappear in the second generation of immigrants.

Secondly, communication skills, immigrants and the Dutch natives they contact must have the ability to communicate with each other. This requires not only the personal communication skills of immigrants, but also the communication skills of Dutch natives and foreign cultures.

Dutch immigrants understand that integration is the most important thing. The right person meets the right immigration project and walks into the peak of a new career.

I. Registered account

People who have lived in the Netherlands for more than four months must register their accounts at the city hall. It's free to go to the city hall to register your account, passport, and the double-certificate birth certificate you brought from China.

Married people also need to provide double-certified marriage notarization when registering their accounts. After registration, the city hall will give you a household registration form. If you move to another city while studying in the Netherlands, you should register with the new city hall as soon as possible after moving and cancel your old account.

Second, handle temporary id card.

At the local town hall, you will also receive application materials from temporary id card, the Netherlands. Your ID card is the most important document for your life and travel in Holland. It is illegal to live in the Netherlands without an ID card.

Your Dutch identity card is in Dutch. Your personal information and the expiration date of your ID card are written on the front. It is stated on the back that the purpose of living in the Netherlands is to study, and there are restrictions on finding a job. The materials to be submitted for handling the ID card include the application form, your admission notice, economic certificate, insurance materials, bank account opening certificate, or a copy, photo and autograph of the credit card or bank card, and the application fee is 430 euros. These materials are listed in detail in the application form. The application fee generally needs to be settled in cash at the time of processing.

If all goes well, the Immigration Bureau will give you a written notice within two months after receiving your application, so that you can go to the local city hall to get your ID card.

Third, tuberculosis examination

China citizens who have lived in the Netherlands continuously for more than three months need to be examined for tuberculosis. This is also one of the necessary conditions for legal residence in the Netherlands. Maybe you will say, didn't you have a physical examination when you went abroad? Even if you just checked it not long ago, you still have to be re-checked by the Dutch government.

When receiving the application form for temporary id card, you will also receive the registration form for tuberculosis examination. The alien police will help you make an appointment with the hospital and tell you when to go. After the first examination, the hospital will inform you of the time for the second examination. Generally, everyone has to go through two or three inspections, and the interval between each inspection is about six months. If the scheduled examination time conflicts with your course, please call the hospital in advance to change the time.

Fourth, apply for insurance.

In addition to helping you open an account in the bank, your work unit or school will also arrange for you to buy insurance. The insurance arranged by your work unit or school includes at least general medical insurance and sometimes liability insurance. Medical insurance means that the insurance company reimburses your medical expenses according to the terms of the contract.

Liability insurance means that after an accident, the insurance company will repay your economic compensation to others according to the terms of the contract. Student medical insurance usually does not cover the cost of going to the dentist, glasses and beauty. Insurance premium usually needs to be settled in cash at the time of processing. Insurance is only valid for one year, and the insurance for the second year needs to be bought at that time.
