Extended data:
The relocated households left two advantageous assets in the original station, one is the old house and the other is the cultivated land. Some places explore the development of rural tourism in their original places of residence, and old houses are bought by developers from poor households at reasonable prices. If rural tourism fails to develop, the villagers in the village will buy and sell each other according to their own needs. These measures are based on protecting the interests of relocated households.
The arrangement of cultivated land needs to be comprehensive. In principle, centralized resettlement sites should not be too far away from the original station, and relocated households can come back to serve their contracted land, mountains and water. In some places, combined with the exploration of comprehensive rural reform, the cultivated land of relocated households has been transferred to some large households, joint households, professional cooperatives and leading enterprises. The relocated households can get a fixed income from the land transfer fee, but they can also go back to do odd jobs.
Access to protect the interests of relocated households also needs to be comprehensive. In the centralized resettlement community, which location is good and which location is less, the relocated households are very concerned. How to resettle, you can't pat your head, you should respect the wishes of the masses and use mass methods.
It is more necessary to ensure the production of relocated households. All localities should implement the "Rain and Dew Plan" to train relocated households and create a "platform plan" for industrial poverty alleviation. Measures such as recruitment and education should give priority to poor families. In short, let all policies reflect the conscience of poverty alleviation, let all measures reflect the motivation of poverty alleviation, and let all relocated households and the masses get rid of poverty and become rich in a sustainable way.
