Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam sentenced several people to poison in 2022.

On the morning of June 20th, 2022, 12 China people who entered Vietnam illegally were repatriated by the police of the Exit-Entry Administration Office of Ho Chi Minh City.

Possession of 10 kilograms of heroin, suspected of harboring drugs, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years. Article 349 of the Criminal Law stipulates that whoever harbors criminals who smuggle, sell, transport or manufacture drugs, or conceals drugs or property obtained from crimes for criminals, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.
