After studying in Singapore, what should I do with the domestic files?
Not every school has this service. Some schools can keep a certain number of years (usually two years) for free, and the materials that need to be handed in depend on the specific situation of the school.
After two years, if there is no receiving unit, the file account will be returned to the place of origin, and the school will no longer issue employment registration cards for it.
Graduates shall go through the settlement formalities with the employer's registration (employment) procedures, labor contracts and the Certificate of Graduates from Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Advantages: Due to the high integrity of the school, it keeps the household registration relationship and files on its behalf, and provides employment consultation, employment information, employment guidance and other services related to the implementation of employment units. Teachers do their best and don't charge extra. Students have greater freedom and high security, and can take the civil service examination as fresh graduates.
Disadvantages: Graduates' files stay in school only to prolong their career choice, and they have no personnel affiliation with the school, so they can't issue certificates involving personnel relations.
In addition, the length of service is not counted in the file during school. The file during studying abroad is blank (the school is not qualified to fill in the experience during studying abroad).
2. Talent market (domestic)
Advantages: The local employment procedures are simple.
Disadvantages: losing the identity of fresh graduates. The file is blank during studying abroad. Not a qualification.
Some people here say that they have qualifications, so you can consult the local talent market; The biggest drawback of this method is the loss of the identity of fresh graduates. When looking for a job, you will follow the standards of social workers, and there may be some differences between state subsidies and benefits.
3. Service Center for International Students (hereinafter referred to as "Accommodation Service")
Customer: The following persons can entrust the archives room for foreign students to keep the archives, regardless of geographical location and household registration:
(1) College students and graduate students who study abroad at their own expense, college students and graduate students who have graduated but have not taken part in employment;
(2) High school students and high school graduates who study abroad at their own expense;
(3) Self-funded study abroad units automatically leave and resign;
(4) those who study in China, Hongkong and Macau at their own expense;
(5) people who go abroad to visit relatives, friends, accompany students, immigrate, etc. And change to study abroad;
(6) Returned overseas students whose domestic work units have not yet been implemented;
(7) Although the work unit has been implemented, the work unit or talent exchange center cannot accept the returned overseas students whose files are unavailable because there are no employment procedures and local accounts, or the files need to be transferred across regions.
Advantages:
(1) The Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education is a national professional institution for studying abroad with legal personality directly under the Ministry of Education, and it is the only unit in China that provides all-round study abroad services.
(2) As a part of study abroad service, study abroad archives form a perfect supporting mechanism of one-stop service with other services in the center, so that study abroad archivists can go through the formalities of returning to China in one stop without running around. Specific services include:
① Go through the formalities of studying abroad at one's own expense;
(2) Certification of overseas academic degree certificates;
(3) Handling the employment registration card and settlement procedures for overseas students returning to China;
(four) to handle the deposit and settlement of the collective accounts of overseas students or returned overseas students;
(five) to issue various personnel certificates for overseas archivists;
⑥ Responsible for the organizational relationship of party member among the archivists studying abroad;
⑦ Responsible for recording the experience of studying abroad, studying in Hong Kong and Macao, filling in the blank of personnel files in the stage of studying abroad, and perfecting the files of archivists.
(3) Flexible time: If the applicant has left the country, he/she can still keep his/her files in the international students' archives room and entrust others to handle the filing procedures.
If the file was originally stored in the sub-district office, it can also be transferred to the international students' archives room (because you need an offer from uncon to stay in the service, if you haven't got it yet, you can entrust your family or friends in China to get it for you later).
Disadvantages:
During the study abroad or in Hong Kong and Macao, the length of service of archivists will not be calculated for the time being. After returning to China (or mainland China), first apply for foreign academic qualifications and degree certification, and find the receiving unit. "Center" archives or other archives receiving units may, after completing the work dispatch procedures, grade and calculate length the archivists in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
To sum up, the files of overseas students not only solve the personnel file management problems of unemployed students and graduates in junior high schools and research institutes that cannot be solved by the talent exchange service center, but also handle the nationwide employment settlement procedures for them after returning home.
Otherwise, they can only store their personnel files as unemployed people in the town street office or their place of origin where their household registration is located. After returning home, they can only go through the recruitment procedures as unemployed people.
So the best way is to put the files in the international student service center, which should be the most once and for all way, and it is much more convenient to apply for various certificates after you come back.
Don't just leave it in the street office. After returning to China, we must go through the recruitment procedures according to the employment methods of the unemployed, which will affect the nationwide post selection and dispatch.
