Bought a set of immigrant housing, with an area of land, printed the contract and signed it by both parties. Is there legal protection?

1. Article 12 of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China: If the ownership and use right of land are changed according to law, the land change registration formalities shall be handled.

Simply put, if you can go through the formalities of land change registration according to law, you will be protected by law.

Both of you have printed the contract and signed it, which is only your personal private transaction and is not protected by law. Immigrants often move out of their original residence because of the need of national key projects, and then the government arranges new houses in a unified way and enjoys special preferential policies.
