Finland, a small country in Europe, I think this country's position should be consistent with the EU, or at least neutral. The EU's position seems to be that the current government President Bashar al-Assad immediately resigned and the government carried out reforms. From a neutral standpoint, the Syrian government and the opposition should resolve conflicts through dialogue, protect people's interests and protect human rights.
