Is the population of Yunnan "more foreigners than China" or "more foreigners than China" in the Ming Dynasty?

But according to the exact historical data, this statement is difficult to establish. There are two reasons for this understanding. On the one hand, the literature is objectively misleading, and on the other hand, people's understanding of some historical materials is biased, which leads to an exaggeration of the estimation of Yunnan immigrant population in the Ming Dynasty.
