When did Hainan dialect come into being? How did it come into being?

Hainan is a society composed of immigrants. Hainan Island was originally uninhabited. In different places, the pronunciation and tone of Hainan dialect are different, but they can generally talk to each other. Wenchang dialect is usually used as the standard pronunciation in Hainan dialect, as well as the standard pronunciation of Hainan dialect broadcast by radio and television stations and Hainan dialect announcers recruited for the exam.
