The Gouxiqiao Reservoir in Yubei District of Chongqing compensated a lot of money for an acre of land outside the land red line.

1. The Compensation and Resettlement Plan for Land Requisition of Gouxiqiao Reservoir in Yubei District was approved by Yubei District Government Office (Yubei Fuban Fa [2065438+04] No.565438+0) on August 30, 2065. Agricultural resettlement is the main land requisition, supplemented by rural resettlement. The land compensation fee and resettlement subsidy for agricultural resettlement are 18000 yuan/mu, and the compensation fee for young crops and above-ground structures (attached) is 22000 yuan/mu.

2. Expropriated land area (the per capita arable land area of villagers' groups multiplied by the number of households who have been resettled, the per capita remaining arable land area is less than 0.5 mu, and the per capita total area of households whose houses have been demolished) 80% of the total land compensation fee is withheld and remitted by the human resources and social security department, which is used for the landless farmers to participate in the basic old-age insurance, and the remaining 20% is paid to the landless farmers by the collective economic organizations. The resettlement subsidy for non-transferred personnel is 38,000 yuan/person.

3. The demolished houses can apply for the urbanization of the whole family as a unit and implement housing resettlement. The monetary resettlement fund per person is 17 1000 yuan (i.e. the resettlement area per person is 30m2× the monetary resettlement price of the house is 5700/m2), and the monetary resettlement reward is 1200 yuan (i.e. the monetary resettlement area per person is 30m2× the monetary resettlement reward of the house is 400 yuan). The original housing subsidy is compensated according to the standard stipulated in document No.60 of Yubei Government [2013], and the moving expenses are implemented according to the standard stipulated in document No.50 of Yubei Government [2013].
