Does evacuation of Chinese nationals who have immigrated need to be evacuated?

Chinese immigrants who hold foreign green cards but have not acquired foreign nationality are still considered Chinese. Therefore, every time the Chinese government withdraws overseas Chinese immigrants, it includes those Chinese overseas immigrants who already hold foreign green cards but have not acquired foreign nationality. Of course, Chinese overseas immigrants who have acquired foreign nationality are no longer Chinese, and China’s evacuation of overseas Chinese will not include them.
