If one or more non-heads of household move in, the police at the public security household registration window of the public security organ in the place where they move in shall affix the emigration stamp on the resident registration card of the original household registration book. The head of household should be an indoor member aged 16. If there are only minors under the age of 16 in the original account, adults in the original account cannot move into the account.

Four, the provincial population information management system "one-stop move in the province" business function officially launched, cross-city migration in the province has been issued a permit, but the migration permit has not been issued, eligible applicants can directly go to the migration site for one-stop move in the province; Cross-city migration in the province has issued a quasi-migration certificate, and the migration certificate has also been issued. Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the household registration authority, he or the head of the household shall declare to the household registration authority for moving out before moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.

Article 13 When citizens move, they shall report to the household registration authority for registration of household registration, and the city shall submit the certificate of household registration within three days and the countryside within ten days.

Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:

1. Soldiers who are demobilized, transferred to other jobs or discharged from the army shall be certified by the military service organs at the county or city level or by the military organs at or above the regiment level;

2. Overseas Chinese and returned students should show their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China;
