Applicants must have full-time and long-term employment certificates provided by employers in Saskatchewan. Occupation category belongs to industries designated by NOC0, A, B or Saskatchewan. Wages and working conditions must meet Canadian professional standards.
1. employer's letter:
(1) provided to the principal applicant;
(2) indicate the job position, responsibility and authority, salary, welfare and company contact information;
(3) Provide the applicant's work place in Saskatchewan (such as town/city);
(4) printed on company stationery;
(5) Signed by the employer.
2.JobApprovalLetter(JAL):
(1) The employer must register on the SINP employer's website in order to evaluate the occupation applied by the applicant;
(2) Once the job is approved, the employer will receive the JobApprovalLetter including the applicant's position, name and NOC code;
(3) The applicant's application shall be submitted together with the JobApprovalLetter of SINP.
Language proof
Provide language test scores given by designated language testing institutions;
The applicant's English and/or French must reach the language level of CLB4 or above;
Language scores must be within two years when submitting the application;
