Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay are basically white, but there are many black people in Brazil. Why?

Later, Brazil abolished black slaves and liberated them politically. Black people are very fertile, so many places in Brazil are black now. Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay were once Spanish colonies. In fact, there are many Indians in Paraguay and many whites in Chile. Only Argentina and Uruguay are truly white.
