Heshan Dun Reservoir Project in Guiding County is one of the important water source projects planned in the Implementation Plan of Three Major Campaigns for Water Conservancy Construction in Guizhou Province, which has been included in the major livelihood projects in the province. The reservoir is located on Wayao River, Changming Town, Guiding County. Wayao River, also known as Dumu River, is the largest first-class tributary of Qingshui River, the right bank tributary of Wujiang River system and one of the key water source projects in Guiding County. The reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir. Total storage capacity19.6 million m3, normal storage level 1037m, water supply of 25.47 million m3, annual irrigation water supply of 4.49 million m3, power generation of 5.63 million kWh and installed capacity of 2MW. The main task of Heshan Dun Reservoir is to give consideration to both water supply and irrigation power generation, with an annual water supply of 25.47 million m3, including 20.98 million m3 for industrial, production and domestic use and 4.49 million m3 for irrigation. It can solve the industrial, production and domestic water consumption in Changming Town (including the old administrative area) and Changming Economic Development Zone, and solve the irrigation of 8,300 mu of farmland downstream of the reservoir. The reservoir has an installed capacity of 2 MW and an average annual power generation of 5.63 million kWh. According to the preliminary design benefit analysis, the shadow water price at the end of water supply investment is 3.0 yuan /m3. After calculation, the water supply benefit is 6294 yuan/year, and the power generation benefit is calculated according to the on-grid electricity price of 0.25 yuan/kWh. The annual power generation benefit of Heshan Dun Reservoir is 6.5438+0.33 million yuan. After the completion of the project, the industrial and domestic water production capacity of Changming Economic Development Zone can be further improved, consolidated and maximized, and its benefits are immeasurable.
