What towns are there in Wengniute Banner?

As of October 2019, there are eight towns under the jurisdiction of Wengniute in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, namely:

1. Wudan Town

South of Chifeng It is 85 kilometers away from the Hongshan District of the city and is a must-pass for transportation between Chifeng City and Qixian District in the north. It has jurisdiction over 5 communities, 25 administrative villages, and 18 gacha.

2. Qiaotou Town

It is located in the southwest of Wengniute Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages.

3. Wutonghua Town

It is located in the middle of Wengniute Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and in the west of Horqin Sandy Land. It has jurisdiction over 15 administrative villages.

4. Guangde Gong Town

Located in the middle of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, at 117°49′～120°43′ east longitude and 42°26′～43°25′ north latitude . It faces Linxi County, Bahrain Right Banner, Alukorqin Banner, and Kailu County of Tongliao City across Xilamulun to the north, borders Aohan Banner and Naiman Banner of Tongliao City to the east, borders Songshan District of Chifeng City to the south, and borders Songshan District of Chifeng City to the west. Connected to Keshiketeng Banner. It has 14 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

5. Yihegong Town

Located in the west of Wengniute Banner, it was formed by the merger of the original Yihegong Township, Yangshugoumen Township and Touduandi Township. It borders Guangde Gong Town and Qiaotou Town in the east, the Lantern River Ranch in the west, Daliufen Township and Wujiazi Town in Songshan District in the south, and Xinkaidi Township in Keqi across the Weitang River in the north. It has 9 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

Liu and Fenfendi Town

It is located in the northern part of Wengniute Banner, 50 kilometers away from Wudan Town, the seat of the banner government. It is the north gate of Wengniute Banner, with Chida Expressway, Provincial Highway 205, and National Highway 306 running from north to south, and the Xilamulun River running from east to west. It borders Keshiketeng Banner and Linxi County to the northwest, and Bahrain Right Banner to the north. It is an important town at the junction of Keshiketeng Banner and You Banner (county). It has 14 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

7. Uduntaohai Town

Oldly known as Hongshan Town, it is located in the southeast of Wengniute Banner, on the edge of Horqin Sandy Land and along the Laoha River. National Highway 305 runs through it, facing Aohan Banner across the river, and connected to Songshan District by water. It has jurisdiction over 2 neighborhood committees and 17 administrative villages.

8. Hailasu Town

It is located in the northeast of Weng Banner, on the south bank of Xilamulun River, bordered by Gerisengsumu in the east, Ashhansumu in the south, and Ashhansumu in the west. It is adjacent to Wudan Town and across the river from Yihe Nuorsumu in Bahrain Right Banner to the north. The geographical coordinates are 119°15′～120°11′ east longitude and 43°01′～43°22′ north latitude. It is 54 kilometers away from Wudan Town, the seat of the banner government. It has jurisdiction over 14 gachas and 1 neighborhood committee.
