Are there many Chinese speakers in Vietnam?

Vietnam is a diversified country, and the Han nationality is one of the main ethnic groups, accounting for about 3% of the total population. Chinese are mainly concentrated in cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Haiphong, as well as the Mekong River Delta.
