Among them, nanbu county and Guang 'an District, as two state-level poverty-stricken counties, have to face the "ultimate exam" at the same time as passing the provincial assessment. Just this month, nanbu county of Nanchong City and Guang 'an District of Guang 'an City completed the national special assessment and inspection, and completely removed the "poor hat".

At the same time, Peng 'an County, Qianfeng District, Nanchong City, Guang 'an City, and Huaying City, Guang 'an City, designated poverty-stricken counties in Sichuan Province, have reached the relevant indicators of poverty-stricken counties' exit through provincial verification and social publicity, which meet the exit standards of poverty-stricken counties and have also been allowed to withdraw.

It is understood that the exit criteria of poverty-stricken counties in our province are "one low and three haves", that is, the incidence of poverty is less than 3%, and there are standard central schools, standard hospitals and convenient service centers in towns and villages.
