How long does it take to apply for a (business) visa to Mexico?

Instructions for Mexican Business Visa

1. Please submit an invitation letter (Spanish original) and a copy of the business license registration for a company registered in Mexico. The invitation letter must indicate the name of the person going to Mexico. Passport number, job title, date of arrival in Mexico, detailed purpose, duration of stay in Mexico, applicant’s monthly income, and who will bear the travel expenses. The invitation letter must be stamped with the official seal and signed by the person in charge.

2. A dispatch letter in English or Spanish issued by the applicant’s unit, which states the name, passport number, position, date of departure, duration of stay in Mexico, and detailed purpose of the person going to Mexico. How much is your monthly income and who will bear the travel expenses. Please use the company's official document to stamp the company seal and have it signed by the person in charge.

3. The original business license of the applicant company and a copy with official seal.

4. Copies of the applicant’s company’s tax returns for the past three months, stamped with the official seal. (The interview at the Guangzhou Consulate requires the original copy of the three-month tax bill issued by the tax bureau).

5. The applicant’s bank deposit certificate of no less than 20,000 yuan (must indicate that it cannot be moved for at least three months), and other personal property credit certificates (such as real estate, credit cards, etc.).

6. Air ticket or air ticket order with exact travel date.

7. A copy of the applicant’s ID card. If it is not a Guangdong passport, please provide a copy of the household register, a copy of the temporary residence permit, and a personal company business card.

8. 3. A 2-inch white frontal photo taken recently.

9. A personal business card.

10. Fill in the application form truthfully.

11. Two blank letterheads stamped with the company’s official seal and my signature.
