Why do Northeasters like to go to Hainan?

Hainan people have many nationalities, immigrants and no centripetal force. If it is an ancient developed place like Lingao Danzhou, the northeast people can't get in at all and can't beat it. Sanya, Lingshui and other Li and Miao areas, with a late civilization, are basically illiterate and occupied by the Northeast. To put it bluntly, the locals are weak.
