What's the difference between Shengjing and Fengtian?

In the Republic of China 12 (1923), the Fengtian municipal government was formally established, and the municipal organizational system first appeared in Shenyang.

In the Republic of China 18 (1929), on February 5th, feng tian was renamed as Liaoning Province, and on April 2nd, "Fengtian City" was renamed as "Shenyang City".

In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1945), War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression won and recovered the northeast, and the name of "Shenyang City" was restored to "Fengtian City".
