Nanjing Notary Office (formerly Nanjing Notary Office) was formally established in June 1956 1. At present, it is the only "National Civilized Notary Office" in Nanjing, with 45 notaries, 43 assistant notaries and 22 administrative assistants. This is a professional legal service team with high theoretical level and rich practical experience. Among the front-line notaries, bachelor degree or above accounts for 100%, among which graduate degree or above accounts for 13.6%, and senior notaries of Nanjing Notary Office account for more than 70%. The notarial affairs undertaken by the Institute, such as "notarization of the testimony of survivors of the Nanjing Massacre" and "notarization of documents and materials for the bid for the Youth Olympic Games", have great social influence.

Nanjing Notary Office now has three accreditation centers: Changjiang Road Headquarters, Hexi Branch and Jiangbei Branch.
