Today, I finally understand that an important reason for Jingdezhen's prosperity is that there is a spirit that always attracts "craftsmen from all directions." Speaking of "craftsmen come from all directions", I was born and raised in Duchang, and I am deeply touched by this: I also go out to work, and other people in the village often change their places of work. Only those who went to Jingdezhen remained in this city, and many even moved to Jingdezhen with their families. Looking through history, you can easily find that Jingdezhen has always welcomed migrant workers and dream catchers from all over the country and from all directions with an open mind. The city experienced three immigration peaks, namely, the early Song Dynasty, the Yuan Dynasty and the 1960s and 1970s. From Tong Bin, who burned his own kiln, to Wu Ximing, who was determined to write the blue sky, I saw the spirit of "building a town with great ingenuity" and understood the truth that "craftsmen come from all directions and tools become the world". Tong Bin, a porcelain-burning technician in the Ming Dynasty, set himself on fire in the kiln in order to burn the imperial porcelain Qinglong jar that had not been burned for a long time and to protect many porcelain-making workers from whipping and killing. Then, at that time, the world's largest porcelain with a diameter of three feet and a height of more than two feet came out, and Tong Bin was also named "Kiln God" by later generations. Wu Ximing dreamed of designing the most advanced helicopter for his motherland since he was a child. In order to dream, he neither stayed in a big city nor gave up the opportunity to work in Britain for a long time, but chose Jingdezhen to work in China Helicopter Research Institute. In order to dream, he studied hard and forgot his work. He moved his family to the studio for a whole year. In order to dream, he pursues zero defect, zero failure and zero doubt, and never misses a hidden danger. Through such unremitting efforts, his dream came true, and he became the youngest helicopter expert in China. For thousands of years, it is the spirit of "making contributions, being virtuous and carrying things" that has nurtured the children of Qian Qian, a porcelain capital, to be as hardworking, generous and tolerant as Tong Bin. It is this spirit of "making contributions, respecting virtues and carrying things" that attracts many migrant workers and dream catchers who are as dedicated and innovative as Wu Ximing. It is this spirit of "making contributions and building a virtuous town" that makes people live in harmony and win-win cooperation, thus making life brilliant and dreams come true. We have reason to believe that the spirit of "making great achievements and building a town with great virtue" is the mystery and reason for the endless kiln fires in the world-famous porcelain capital for thousands of years, the driving force and support for building a prosperous, harmonious and charming porcelain capital, and the coordinate and guide for us porcelain capital people to run towards a well-off life and pursue the "Chinese dream" and "porcelain capital dream". Today, Jingdezhen insists on development first, people-oriented, inheriting and innovating, and is showing its infinite charm to the world. The high-level promotion of the ceramic cultural and creative new area, the rapid construction of the aviation science and technology city and the beautiful creation of the scenic spot in five years are vivid practices of the spirit of "making contributions", which will surely reproduce the past glory of Jingdezhen, a thousand-year-old town with "pottery houses leaning against the shore and boats sailing back to Jiang Lai"; Creating a civilized city, selecting moral models and setting up moral lecture halls are excellent interpretations of the spirit of "Dade Town Construction", and more ceramic capital models and good people like Wu Ximing, Wu Jingyu and Chen Weijin will emerge. Each of us is a practitioner of urban spirit and a pursuer of beautiful dreams. As a member of the propaganda and cultural front of porcelain capital, I want to learn, publicize and practice the spirit of Jingdezhen, and integrate my personal dreams into the "dream of porcelain capital" and the "Chinese dream", with the same frequency, vibration and synchronization.
