What does Baka Sichuanese mean?

Sichuan is quite Baka, which means it's quite good. Baka means "very good, very good" in Sichuan dialect.

Sichuan dialect belongs to southwest mandarin, also known as Bashu dialect. Today's Sichuan dialect was formed during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. It is formed by the gradual evolution and integration of the Sichuan dialect popular in Sichuan before the Ming Dynasty and the immigrant dialects in Huguang, Guangdong and Jiangxi.

Sichuan dialect originated from the Shu dialect in Cuba, and later developed and changed with the historical process and the changes of immigrants from Sichuan. First of all, after the Qin Dynasty destroyed Shu, Sichuan gradually formed a unique Shu dialect belonging to the Chinese language family. Sichuan dialect is a general term, so Sichuan dialect itself has no standard pronunciation.
